- Photos and camera data: When you use Guided Photography or upload listing photos, we access your camera and photo library with your permission.

- MLS integrations: If you connect MLS services, we may receive listing data from those providers.
- Authentication providers: If you sign in via Apple, we receive your name and email as permitted by your Apple ID settings.

- Generate AI-powered listing descriptions, marketing content, and analytics

4. AI-Generated Content
ListingOS uses artificial intelligence to generate listing descriptions, social media content, follow-up messages, and other marketing materials. When you use these features:
- Your listing data (photos, property details, notes) is sent to our AI processing infrastructure to generate content.
- We may use third-party AI service providers to process this data. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
- AI-generated content is created for your use and is not shared with other users.
- We do not use your listing data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: With trusted third-party companies that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, payment processing).
- Landing pages and agent pages: Information you choose to publish on listing landing pages or your public agent page is visible to anyone with the link.

Listing data, lead information, and deal records are retained until you delete them or close your account.
