Open the app, tap the golden "+" button in the center of the tab bar. Follow the step-by-step wizard to add property details, photos, and features. You can save as a draft or publish immediately.

ListingOS uses AI to generate listing descriptions, social media captions, and marketing copy. Navigate to any listing and tap "Generate" to create professional content in seconds. Each generation uses 1 AI credit.

AI credits are used each time you generate content with AI. Your subscription includes monthly credits (Starter: 25, Pro: 100, Team: 500, Brokerage: 2,000). You can also purchase additional credit packs in Settings.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime through Settings → Subscription → Manage Plan, or through your Apple ID subscription settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Each published listing automatically gets a beautiful landing page with a unique URL you can share. Landing pages include property details, photos, lead capture forms, and your branding.

Navigate to the Deals tab to manage your transactions. Track each deal through stages from Offer Sent to Closed. Add documents, set reminders, and monitor risks with AI-powered analysis.

The Leads tab shows all captured leads from landing pages, open houses, and manual entry. Tap any lead to see their details, add notes, and track follow-up status.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored on secure servers and is never shared with other users.

Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including listings, leads, deals, and generated content. This action cannot be undone.

No. We do not use your listing data, photos, or any personal information to train AI models.
