From any listing's tools, tap "Open Houses." If none are scheduled, you'll see a friendly empty state with a "+ Schedule Open House" button. Tap the "+" icon in the top right or the button to create a new event. Choose the type: Public Open House, Broker Open, Private Showing, Virtual Tour, or Twilight Open.

The Schedule Open House form lets you pick the event type, set the date, start time, and end time (duration calculates automatically — e.g., 3 hours). Add Special Instructions for visitors and private Notes for your reference. Tap "Create" to confirm the event.
Pro tip:Use "Broker Open" for agent-only previews and "Twilight Open" for evening showings with ambiance — each type signals the right audience.

After scheduling, the Open Houses screen shows an "Upcoming" section with your events listed chronologically. Each card shows the day, date, event type, time range, status badge ("Scheduled"), and a countdown ("Starts in 1 day"). Tap any event to see its details.

The detail screen shows the event type icon, name, date, and time range at the top. Below that, stats cards track Total Visitors, Qualified leads, and Leads Created in real-time. Tap "Send Invites" to share the event with your contact list and generate buzz before the showing.

From the listing tools, tap "Floor Plan" to open the room-by-room editor. The screen shows the property address, room count, and total square footage at the top. Below, each room is listed with its type icon, name, dimensions (e.g., 12 x 14 ft), area in ft², and edit/delete buttons. Tap "+ Add Room" to add more rooms.

Once your rooms are defined, tap "Generate Floor Plan" at the bottom to let AI create a visual layout from your room dimensions. The credit cost is shown (e.g., 2 credits). The AI arranges rooms intelligently based on typical residential layouts and the dimensions you've entered.

Export your completed floor plan as a visual graphic. It's automatically added to your listing's landing page and available for sharing in marketing materials, social content, and email blasts.
