Download ListingOS from the App Store and open the app. You'll be greeted with a sleek onboarding flow. Enter your name, email, and create a password. If you already have an account, tap "Sign In" to log in with your existing credentials.

Head to Settings (bottom-right tab) and tap your profile section. Add your professional details: full name, phone number, real estate license number, and brokerage. Hit "Save Changes" when you're done. This information powers your landing pages, agent page, and shared listing materials.
Pro tip:Upload a professional headshot — it appears on your agent page and shared listings.
Your home screen shows everything at a glance: Active Listings, New Leads, Total Views, and Drafts — each with trend indicators so you can see how your business is performing. Below the stats cards, Quick Actions give you one-tap access to common tasks like New Listing, View Leads, Deals, and Commissions.
The floating tab bar at the bottom has five sections: Home (dashboard), Listings (your properties), the central golden "+" button (new listing wizard), Leads (your contacts with a badge count), and Settings (profile, branding, subscription). Scroll down on the dashboard to see Recent Leads with source tags and Active Deals with risk levels and stage tracking.
