What is AI Autopilot?

AI Autopilot is your three-phase automated marketing assistant. The workflow is split into three tabs at the top — Photos, Content, and Publish — guiding you from photo capture through AI content generation to multi-platform publishing, all in one streamlined flow.

Phase 1: Select & Enhance Photos

The Photos tab starts with "Select & Enhance Photos." Use "Guided Capture" to launch the AI camera, or tap "Add Photos" to select from your library. Once photos are added, tap "Analyze Photos" to let AI score each one for Composition, Lighting, and Staging on a 0–100 scale. The hero image is automatically flagged.

AI Photo Scoring & Enhancement

After analysis, each photo shows its overall score and breakdowns for Composition, Light, and Stage. Photos are marked as HERO automatically. Tap "Enhance All" to apply AI improvements to brightness, contrast, and color balance across all photos at once. Tap Next to proceed to content generation.

Pro tip:Photos scoring below 60 may need retaking. The AI will flag issues like poor lighting or crooked framing so you can fix them before publishing.

Phase 2: Generate All Content

The Content tab creates MLS, Zillow, email, social, and more — all at once. Select your tone from the six options (Luxury, Family, Investor, Modern, Minimal, Bold) and tap "Generate All Content." The credit cost is shown below the button (e.g., 7 credits). AI creates platform-optimized copy for every channel simultaneously.

Pro tip:Try the "Luxury" tone for high-end properties and "Family" for suburban homes — the AI adapts vocabulary, pacing, and selling points accordingly.

Phase 3: Publish Everywhere

The Publish tab shows your listing summary (address, price, photo count, content types generated) and a grid of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Pinterest. Tap to select which platforms to target — selected ones show green checkmarks. Hit "Publish Everywhere" to distribute content across all selected platforms at once.

Understanding AI Credits

Each AI generation uses credits from your plan's monthly allocation. Starter gets 25 credits/month, Pro gets 100, Team gets 500, and Brokerage gets 2,000. Need more? Purchase credit packs (50 for $4.99, 200 for $14.99, or 500 for $29.99) anytime from Settings.
